Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Things are working

Good and bad news I guess (for me at least.

I've had one seagate disk exchanged now, and things seems to be working. I may just have had bad luck with all this. Anyway, I'm still trying to get back the lost material from my last HDD but no luck so far. I don't know, seems like it's completely gone as windows tells me to format the drives. But if you turn the situation around, I guess it was time to start over.

Also, my spontaneous backup of my photoshop project folder is still intact and restored - i lost all photographs and just about everything else though.

The Luminarium

I rencetly joined The Luminarium, and I look forward to work with them in future exhibits!

For those that have no clue of what I am talking about...

The Luminarium is a modern international art group with talented artists in both the digital and traditional realm from all over the world. Pursuing originality and creativity, the group focuses on creating online art exhibits for anyone to enjoy and experience.

The group releases a new exhibit every 2 to 4 months, providing fresh and inspiring content on a regular basis. Every release carries a different theme for the artists to interpret, pushing them to illustrate and visualize their unique views on the subject creating organic and exciting exhibits.

Aside from that, they are actively seeking new members. So if this sounds interesting, visit their homepage or forum and take a closer look. That sound sbad, but at leats you can see the bright side, I'd be fuming if that happened to me but it would at least help me get rid of tons of old files that I have no use for anymore but refuse to delete

Exactly, I try to see it from that angle as well. Believe me, I am pretty much furious - or at least was in the beginning. I got most of my photoshop project files at least, which is good.
